Green crustaceans are common, but you rarely see crustaceans being so
emphatically green as this little shrimp (
Hippolyte varians). It’s sometime known as the chameleon shrimp, because it also comes in a red form as well.

Wow, this is beautiful! I'm having trouble telling if it is a painting or a photograph of a real prawn. It reminds me of sumi-e paintings.
